Tsumetai is looking for affiliates! If you would like to affiliate, just read the few rules below and if your site fits, drop me an email.

1. Your site must be a Rurouni Kenshin related site. No other sites, please.
2. You must have a tasteful layout, preferably done by hand and not with a site builder (eg: Geocities pagebuilder). Sorry, there are just a lot of mediocre sites out there, and I prefer ones that are pleasing to the eye.
3. Content! You can not submit a "coming soon" page.
4. No hate, racial, pornographic or political sites at all. Hentai is up to my decision.
